Picture: The launching of the 2015 Golden Spoon contest in Mekong Delta Area

All contestants have to submit a completed file that includes the following items:
+ 1 Signed registration form

+ 1 Self-assessment form

+ 3 photocopies of goverment-veritified ID

+ Introduction letter issued with company signature and stamp

+ Agreement letter about copyrighted information and media (for both individuals and teams)

+ Business registration license of the team’s representative company (verified by local authorities)
