What is different for the judges this year?

Could I ask what will be a difference for the judges this year, compared with previous years? Thank you
Mr Sang Huy Ly- Deputy General Director of
Minh Long I, deputy head of the organizing committee of the contest, “In 2015,
in addition to judges looking at how to use spices and cooking techniques, we
also judge the Q&A section. There are more questions on expertise (such as
food safety issues and preparation). I wanted to find a candidate who not only
knows the basics, but also has extensive knowledge about food.
