Is it possible for a team to change the menu in the final round if we can’t find the right spices in the market?

According to the
regulation in the final round, all teams have 30 minutes to make the menu,
complete their presentation and 30 minutes to go to market. In the time frame
regulated by the organizers if the team couldn’t find the spices or ingredients
in the market then this team is allowed to change their menu.
