May I ask when will the teams receive the supporting costs and awards? Thank you.

Teams must complete all paperwork in accordance with the Organizing Committee’s guidelines. Upon completion of the contest you will receive the supporting costs or award. Any cash prizes will be transferred through the bank as requested by the teams.
