Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Deputy Director, Da Nang City Department of Tourism, has 22 years of experience in tourist affairs. She joined the judge panel of TGSA 2016 as recurring judge during the prelim in the Central Coast.


In an interview with the organizing committee, Ms Hanh said, “Despite lacking luxurious and sophisticated concepts, Vietnamese cuisine still wins tourists’ heart for its philosophy in mixing delicious condiments in a harmonious, simple way.

They can be found around us. They are homegrown. However, lying beneath are irreplaceable benefits for one’s both physical and mental health, with very customized values for each individual in this country – a pattern that helps us stand out in the world’s culinary map.

Vietnamese food is always the best choice for the Vietnamese – a people that appreciates the coalescence and stable connection between human and Mother Nature”.
