Ms. Bui Thi Minh Thuy

Ms Bui Thi Minh Thuy, deputy dean, Faculty of Chemical & Food Technology, Nguyen Tat Thanh University.

After returning home, she holds a Master degree, majoring in engineering at the HCMC University of Technology and Education in 1986.

She used to show no interest in teaching but becoming a teacher is, for her, a fate. The more she teaches, the more she penetrates, loves and cherishes the career. She was a lecturer at the HCMC University of Technology and Education, part-time faculty staffer at Saigon Technology University. In addition, she is regularly invited to give lectures at many universities in the South. Her major subjects include food management, technical theories on food processing, food hygiene, milk processing technology ...

She is currently the associate dean, Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology in Nguyen Tat Thanh University. With these achievements, she was granted an honorary medal for education by the Ministry of Education and Training in 1996.
