Culinary exchanges in Can Tho
On March 28th 2016 an exchange show on “How to cook and display dishes in the style of modern Cuisines” will take place at the Hoa Su Restaurant in Can Tho City.
This culinary thematic exchange show is
hosted by the Organizing Committee of the Golden Spoon Contest. Attending this
show will be the Ambassador of Vietnamese Products, Culinary Artist Mrs Bui Thi
Suong and the champion of the Golden
Spoon Contest 2014 Mr Tran Thai Bao.
The
exchange show will be an opportunity for chefs to learn and share experiences
about their profession
At
the exchange, culinary artist Bui Thi Suong will demonstrate trends and modern
styles of cooking and presenting food. Bao Tran Thai chefs will also
demonstrate techniques of cooking delicacies. Acny questions you may have
regarding Vietnamese cuisine will be answered.
The
show has been initiated under with the support and guidance of Can Tho’s local
authorities. It has brought great opportunities for chefs as well as local unit’s
representatives who attend the Golden Spoon Contest during the last few years.
This is a chance for them to share their experiences as well as promote and
develop further, the cuisine of the Mekong Delta in general and Can Tho cuisine
in particular, to diners from around the country and beyond.
The
show will start at 2pm on March 28th at the Hoa Su Restaurant, Con Cai Khe crossroads, Le
Loi Street, Cai Khe Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Thoi City.
