2016 Golden Spoon Contest Prizes
The Golden Spoon is a food and cooking contest for professional chefs throughout Vietnam awarding high value prizes. A significant prize of VND 1 billion and a notable Chef’s trophy will be awarded to the best team of the 2016 contest.
The prize for each team will be awarded in cash and products. The number of prizes will be awarded based on the performance of all teams in each region.
Compared with previous contests, the value of the 2016 Golden Spoon contest has increased. The top prize of the preliminary round is VND 40 million per prize and for the semi-final is VND 50 million. The top two teams in each preliminary round will move to the semi-final rounds, and again the top two teams will then compete for the final prize.
