The Golden Spoon Contest is an important and professional “playground” of culinary expertise in Vietnam. Every year, the Golden Spoon Contest continues to welcome the entry of many young, excited and professional chefs from across the country.

In order to organize the contest
better, the organizing committee will prioritize profiles that are submitted
earliest. Competitor numbers for the preliminary round are limited to only 60
per region.
In order to make this program more
professional and to create more opportunities for chefs in which to exchange
ideas and learn from each other, the preliminary round of the Golden Spoons
Contest 2016 will be held in three regions: North (Hanoi), Central (Da Nang)
and South (HCMC) .
